The hotel's decoration was so elegant and soothing, with beautiful artwork and cozy seating areas in the lobby that made it easy for us seniors to relax. The general areas were well lit and spacious, making it easy for us to move around freely. The hotel's accessibility was a huge plus, with wide hallways and easily accessible elevators, making it convenient for senior people like me to navigate.

The apartment at Sonder Downtown Towers was like a dream come true - a cozy living room with a comfy sofa to sink into after a long day exploring the city, a fully equipped kitchen that made me feel right at home, and a private bathroom with the most amazing shower! It was all I could have asked for as a young traveler.

I wish there were more options for breakfast nearby.

I keep coming back for the weekend. The staff once helped with bug spray. Ideal for me - free Wi-Fi, fitness centre, outdoor pool, and flat-screen TV. Plus, no pets or smoking allowed. With all this, I have no regrets.

The location is perfect, close to Dubai Mall, City Walk, and DIFC with easy access to avoid traffic. Apartments are fully equipped and spacious, suitable for families.

We had a great stay here. The location is very convenient, only a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room amenities were impressive – we appreciated having access to a washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities. The swimming pool and sauna were a nice touch, and we enjoyed having access to free Wi-Fi everywhere on the property.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with excellent facilities and services.

Nothing to fault.

Convenient location close to downtown, supermarkets, and metro station within a 15-minute walk. Hotel facilities were great, including daily cleaning, strong air conditioning, underground parking, and a nice swimming pool with fine views. The staff were very kind and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us! We loved being just a short walk away from Dubai Mall and the Financial Center metro station. The overcrowding in the swimming pool and waiting for the elevators was a bit frustrating at times.

We were actually surprised by the spaciousness of our apartment at Sonder Downtown Towers. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was even a half bathroom near the entrance. The views from our apartment were lovely, with glimpses of Burj Khalifa, Sheik Zayed Road, and even Burj al Arab and the sea in the distance. The underground parking was convenient and free. The price was also quite reasonable compared to similar accommodations in the area.

One specific situation that impressed us was the prompt resolution of a minor issue. We had noticed a temporary problem with the air conditioning, but the maintenance department quickly fixed it within just a couple of hours.

Mall of the Emirates is a shopping heaven! Sonder team bothered to get some info about my stay. Check-in details received on time. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and 24-hour gym. Dubai International Airport is conveniently close. Loved the provided dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. Weekly housekeeping for longer stays. Pampering spa treatment available. Washer/dryer and dining area were nice too.

Not a fan of the fire extinguisher. So unnecessary, who needs safety anyways?
